Food Preparation & Counter Service Associates

The Kitchen Staff, reporting to the Kitchen Supervisors, are responsible for assisting in food prep, processing customer orders, restocking retail items, cleaning and adhering to a high quality of food standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintaining clean equipment and workspace is paramount. The Kitchen Staff will help prepare orders and cater to guest needs where required.

Great for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and who might want to undertake new initiatives, assist with other business aspects like social media/marketing and event hosting!

Full time or part-time, year-round or seasonal – shifts as short as 3-4 hours.

  • Hourly pay based on experience, plus pooled tips and other compensation dependent on performance.

  • No late nights! Great for an early riser or those seeking day shifts.

Qualifications

  • Previous relevant food service management experience a plus, but not required

  • This position requires scheduling flexibility to include working early mornings, weekends and/or holidays during summer season, with downtime provided in winter

  • Passionate about fresh food and great service in a start-up atmosphere

  • Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be responsive to the needs of our guests, staff and ownership
